Grant by Walter Daivill to Walter, son of Jerricus de Covintre, of a croft in the vil of Stok (Warwics.) which Richard, son of Bernard, held, to wit that which lies in the nearer place between the grantor's land at Stok and the land which Swain, son of Luafus, held, to hold of the grantor at a yearly rent of certain white gloves in Easter week.
